Every employee has the right to get paid aguinaldo, that has a minimum of one month of working in the business, even the ones that are paid by the hour, day, seasonal.
How much should i pay in aguinaldo?
This is a calculation based on the amount paid to the person including overtime, bonus, commissions, and others, the calculation goes from December 1°, of the previous year to November 30th of the current year, divided by 12. You sum the amounts paid to that person for the 12 months and divide it by 12.
